I think this is a pretty dress, love the sheer detail on top. 
The shoes - I'm not sure if I like them 
Is the buckle too big?

    i'm not getting this dress meets boots trend just yet. this reminds me of some Kristen Stewart's red carpet look with sneakers, which i'm definitely not a fan of. but the dress itself is a major stunner!
