Lawsuit Against Forever 21

Feral Childe Design / Forever 21 Fabric

Hello Everyone
The designers behind the clothing line Feral Childe (Moriah Carlson and Alice Wu)
filed a copyright-infringement lawsuit against Forever 21
for evidently copying one of their textile designs.

I think the Designs are really similar.
You guys be the JUDGE.
What do you think?

Note, I don't get pay for promoting any product or sales I show in any of my posts.
I do it so that everyone knows what's in stores and so that everyone can take advantage of the sales, just like I do.

  2. They're pretty similar, F21 have been in trouble for previous print copyright issues before.

  3. it's almost the same Forever 21 has had issue before because of things like these but people still buy from Forever 21 like me because they have great pieces and it's affordable!

  5. Ive noticed for year now that forever21 always copies other companies and changes design a little. This isn't the first time they get in trouble for this..
